Qualifications & Skills: Minimum five years of recent pass-through and partnership tax experience for Managers; eight years for Senior Managers. A bachelor’s degree and relevant credentials (CPA, JD/LLM, EA) are required. Experience managing multiple clients, mentoring staff, and working with pass-through entities is essential. Key Duties: Lead client engagements, ensure compliance, provide strategic advice, manage teams, and contribute to market growth.
