Role Overview: The position involves providing tax compliance and advisory services focused on pass-through entities and partnerships, primarily for Asset Management clients. Key Responsibilities Manage client portfolios, act as the main contact, and oversee teams working on tax projects.Deliver high-quality tax advice, ensuring compliance and addressing complex business opportunities.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to leverage industry knowledge and innovative solutions.Contribute to market activities and identify new business opportunities. Qualifications & Skills Minimum five years (Senior Manager: eight years) of recent pass-through and partnership tax experience.Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; CPA, JD/LLM, or EA credentials required (or within one year of obtaining).Experience managing multiple client engagements and leading teams.Strong knowledge of pass-through entities and partnerships, with leadership and client service skills.
