Senior Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Tax Manager or Senior Manager to join our Business Tax Services practice. In this role, you will provide tax compliance and advisory services to pass-through entities and partnerships for diverse clients, oversee client portfolios, and act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to pass-through entities and partnerships
• Oversee client portfolios and act as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Lead teams of tax professionals to ensure delivery of high-quality tax solutions and advice
• For Senior Manager level: manage engagement risks, financial performance, and identify new business opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years (Manager level) or eight years (Senior Manager level) of relevant pass-through and partnership tax experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Professional credentials such as CPA, JD/LLM, or EA
• Experience managing multiple client engagements and mentoring staff is essential
