Senior Manager, Architect Manager

About the role

To work collaboratively with Architects.

To provide the vision, strategic direction, and initiative roadmap for enterprise-impacting, transformational, technology imperatives.

To define the reference and implementation Architectures for enterprise-impacting, transformational, technology imperatives.

To persuade and influences senior Business & IT leaders on the architectural direction for enterprise-wide, transformational, technology imperatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of architects responsible for shaping and executing the vision across key domains.
• Ensure the development of reference architectures, decision frameworks, and technical standards that guide product and platform teams.
• Influence complex design decisions and resolve technical risks.
• Achieve alignment across decentralized delivery teams.
• Strengthen communication of architectural strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement of the architecture function to deliver measurable value to both clients and crew.

Requirements

• Minimum of eight years related work experience
• Undergraduate degree in a Computer Science related field or equivalent combination of training and experience.
