Senior Manager ABM & Campaigns

About the role

The role is part of the Trustworthy AI Growth team at a company focused on developing cutting-edge AI solutions. This position involves full-stack development, infrastructure management, and workflow scheduling to support the company's mission in building trustworthy AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable software systems using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and other relevant technologies.
• Work closely with data scientists and engineers to implement machine learning models and improve system performance.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure using services like AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
• Implement and maintain workflow scheduling tools to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and sales to deliver high-quality products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in full-stack development, preferably in AI and machine learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
• Experience with database design and optimization.
• Knowledge of security best practices and experience with security tools and frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience with reinforcement learning and trust-building mechanisms.
• Understanding of Apache Kafka, Fiddler, Apache Spark, OLAP, RabbitMQ, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with machine learning model deployment and monitoring.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
