As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of Maintenance Technicians while partnering with DC Operations, Engineers, contractors, and leadership to deliver both short- and long-term maintenance strategies. Your oversight will ensure our facilities, infrastructure, and assets remain reliable and efficient, directly supporting the success of our supply chain. This role reports to the Manager of Maintenance.

Shifts:
- 3rd - Monday night in/off Friday morning 9:30PM - 8AM (DC4)
- AMWE - Friday - Sunday 6AM-6:30PM (DC6)
- PMWE - Friday - Sunday 6PM-6:30AM (DC5 or DC6)
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Maintenance Technicians.
- Support operating procedures for material handling systems, conveyors, vehicles, electrical, HVAC, building, and grounds.
- Use CMMS reporting to prioritize proactive and preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure operational readiness by balancing short-term needs with long-term strategies.
- Manage vendor and contractor partnerships, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Oversee purchasing and invoicing processes for maintenance needs.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback and coaching to drive team growth.

Pay
Minimum Salary: $31.00
Maximum Salary: $40.69

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a distribution or industrial maintenance environment.
- Collaborative leadership style that fosters trust, engagement, and developing maintenance team members.
- Strong understanding of maintenance management systems, purchasing, and inventory.
- In-depth knowledge of facility operations and related procedures.
- Proven project management skills, including vendor and contractor coordination.
- Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
