About the role

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Senior Maintenance Supervisor to join their team at Belleair Place and Bayside Court Apartments.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of daily repairs and upkeep of the property
  • Management of the preparation of vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines
  • Service request management and response times, ensuring completion within established deadlines
  • Curb appeal and general cleanliness of buildings and grounds management
  • Interviewing, screening, and recommending candidates for maintenance technician or grounds personnel positions
  • Training of maintenance and grounds personnel
  • Scheduling and direct supervision of all in-house and vendor work
  • Maintaining supply and tool inventory, and overseeing the ordering and delivery of necessary supplies and equipment
  • Ensuring OSHA standards are met at all times and maintaining a safe work environment
  • Maintaining logs and records, and reporting any unusual circumstances regarding the property
  • Upholding and demonstrating exceptional customer service, and seeking educational opportunities for personal growth

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Superintendent, or Maintenance Technician II
  • Experience managing maintenance operations in apartment communities
  • EPA Section 608 Type I and II, or EPA Universal Technician license required
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • CAMT and CPO certifications may be required within the first six (6) months of employment
  • Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes
