About the role

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment with limited supervision
- Lead machine, equipment, and tool maintenance and repair activities
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and improve production activities across teams
- Follow in-process inspection procedures, verify work quality, and complete inspection records
- Work occasional overtime or support critical issues as needed
- Escalate barriers and issues immediately to supervisor and relevant support functions
- Perform general maintenance procedures and adhere to all safety protocols (e.g., lockout/tagout, fall protection)

Pay
For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 66,144.00 – USD 99,216.00 per year. This range includes base pay and short-term incentives. Individual pay is determined by performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
