About the role

Join our plant operations team as a Senior Maintenance Operator and play a key role in maintaining equipment reliability and driving operational excellence. If you're skilled in maintenance coordination and passionate about continuous improvement, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment with limited supervision
  • Lead machine, equipment, and tool maintenance and repair activities
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and improve production activities across teams
  • Follow in-process inspection procedures, verify work quality, and complete inspection records
  • Work occasional overtime or support critical issues as needed
  • Escalate barriers and issues immediately to supervisor and relevant support functions
  • Perform general maintenance procedures and adhere to all safety protocols (e.g., lockout/tagout, fall protection)

Pay

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 66,144.00 – USD 99,216.00 per year. This range includes base pay and short-term incentives. Individual pay is determined by performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
