Key Responsibilities
- Install and service structured cabling, access control, CCTV, AV systems, and sound masking solutions.
- Read and interpret project documentation, blueprints, and wiring schematics.
- Lead small field teams of up to 3 technicians on job sites.
- Maintain accurate documentation using tablets, smartphones, and project management tools.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and project managers.
- Ensure job site safety and compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of low-voltage systems.
- Maintain and transport tools, equipment, and materials as needed.
- Other duties as assigned in support of project completion and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in low-voltage installation and service.
- Proven ability to lead small field teams and manage job site operations.
- Strong knowledge of structured cabling, security systems, access control, AV, and sound masking.
- Tech-savvy with experience using smartphones, tablets, and computers in the field.
- Excellent communication, punctuality, and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Preferred BICSI or structured cabling manufacturer certifications, Access control and security system manufacturer certifications, AV and sound masking manufacturer certifications, and Current low-voltage license (preferred but not required).

Schedule
Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM (typically, varies slightly based on construction schedules).
Location
Primarily onsite at project locations in the region. Travel may be required (rarely) for select projects; per diem provided.
