Senior Living Retirement Counselor (Sales)

About the Role

Touchmark is seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing professional—called a Retirement Counselor—to help prospective residents and their families discover a community where they can live well, stay connected, and thrive. This role is about more than making a sale; you will guide individuals and families through an important life decision with care, confidence, and professionalism. You will build relationships with prospective residents, conduct community tours, host visits and events, follow up with leads, and help people envision what life at Touchmark can look like.

Responsibilities

• Proactively exceed sales and personal financial goals by approaching this role as if growing your own business.
• Build relationships with prospective residents and their families over the phone and in person to increase occupancy.
• Conduct community tours and host visits and events.
• Follow up with leads and educate prospective residents and families about Touchmark’s living options.
• Serve as a member of the marketing team to improve occupancy and enhance resident and community relations.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of potential new residents, including working some evenings and weekends.

Pay

Compensation includes a base salary, sales commissions, and quarterly occupancy bonuses.
