Senior Living Sales Counselor

About the role

Touchmark at The Ranch is Prescott's leading full-service senior living community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services, and amenities. We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a track record of success to help us grow our occupancy as a Retirement Counselor/Sales Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospects
• Set up and conduct tours
• Help prospective residents find the right home for their lifestyle
• Develop new sources of referrals
• Educate the community about the benefits of a Touchmark lifestyle
• Serve as a member of the marketing team with the purpose of improving occupancy and enhancing resident and community relations
• View the sales and marketing process as an opportunity to educate prospective residents and families about Touchmark's living options

Qualifications

• College degree or combination of equivalent education and experience
• At least 5 years of successful sales experience; relationship-based sales experience a plus
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• A commitment to outstanding customer service
• Computer proficiency and experience with a lead-tracking system
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
