Senior Litigation Attorney (US)

Position: Senior Litigation Attorney Type: Contract Compensation: $100 - $150/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role Responsibilities Seed realistic multi-turn litigation scenarios by drafting facts, parties, legal issues, and initiating documents.Conduct holistic quality control for dispute simulations, reviewing and approving legal work.Develop and refine rubrics for success criteria at each litigation stage.Identify ambiguities and procedural complexities, providing actionable feedback to the project team.Maintain alignment with team leads and legal peers as project specifications evolve. Requirements Licensed US attorney with active or lapsed bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction.Have strong relevant experience in US litigation, including courtroom advocacy and case team leadership.Deep expertise in commercial contract disputes, shareholder/LLC disputes, or commercial real estate litigation.Fluency in the full litigation lifecycle, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and resolution strategies.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with mastery of formal legal drafting.
