Responsibilities: Manage and litigate a diverse caseload from inception through trial and resolutionDraft, review, and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documentsConduct depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and court appearancesDevelop case strategy, perform legal research, and analyze evidenceNegotiate settlements and communicate with opposing counselMentor and supervise junior associates and support staffMaintain client relationships through clear, consistent communication and updates Requirements: Strong litigation background, specifically landlord-tenant habitability defense.Relevant insurance defense experience involving habitability claims.Hands-on litigation experience rather than transactional real estate.Minimum 4+ years for junior attorneys and 10+ years for senior attorneys.Experience representing landlords, property owners, or insurers in relevant disputes.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing deadlines About Us: Established Litigation Practice: Dedicated representation of landlords, property owners, developers, property managers, and business operators throughout California.
