Position Title: Senior Litigation Associate For an accomplished litigator ready to run point on sophisticated, high-stakes cases, this is an opportunity to step into real ownership without sacrificing access to experienced partners. A high-end boutique litigation practice is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate with 8–10 years of civil litigation experience to manage complex matters spanning commercial disputes, white-collar matters, government investigations, healthcare fraud, employment-related litigation, trade secrets, and founder disputes. Working directly with partners and lean case teams, this attorney will take significant responsibility for strategy, briefing, depositions, court appearances, and the day-to-day advancement of matters involving stakes ranging from millions to hundreds of millions of dollars. The ideal candidate combines exceptional writing and courtroom skills with top-tier judgment, intellectual horsepower, and the confidence to independently drive cases forward while remaining collaborative and low-ego.
