Senior Litigation Attorney
About the role
We are seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to become a part of our team. You will represent clients in legal proceedings both in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, draft legal documents and work with clients on legal transactions both with businesses and individuals. A typical day consists of meeting with in person consultations and then leading a team consisting of a paralegal and support staff regarding a client's legal needs. Also being a mentoring attorney is an option as well. Hybrid work schedule is an option for this position.

Responsibilities
- Represent clients in court or before government agencies
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on business and legal transactions
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
Qualifications
- Attorney licensed to practice in New Jersey (required); admission in Pennsylvania is a plus
- Minimum of six (6) years of legal experience
- Experience in Estate Planning and Probate is a plus
- Experience in Real Estate and Homeowner Association law is a plus
- Familiarity with various legal documents
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
