Senior Litigation Attorney

Based in Atlanta, with additional offices in Dallas, Chicago, New York, Orange County, Sacramento, and San Diego, MHS has a strong presence across major U.S. cities, providing its attorneys with robust professional development and career growth opportunities. The firm is seeking a senior associate and/or of counsel to primarily defend wage and hour class and PAGA actions. Attorneys work collaboratively as a team on class and PAGA matters, and the expectation is for a senior associate/ of counsel to provide meaningful contribution to strategic decision‑making and handling of advanced tasks.
Responsibilities
- Defend wage and hour class and PAGA actions.
- Contribute to strategic decision‑making on class and PAGA matters.
- Handle advanced litigation tasks as part of a collaborative team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of wage and hour litigation experience, including significant class and PAGA litigation.
- Active California State Bar admission.
- JD degree from an ABA‑accredited law school.

Pay
Salary range: $190,000 – $300,000, depending on experience.
