Senior Litigation AttorneyLocation: Scottsdale, Arizona; Need to be barred in ArizonaOverviewAn established and expanding litigation finance platform is seeking a civil litigation attorney to take ownership of active matters while contributing to the growth of a collaborative and performance-driven team. This role offers meaningful autonomy, no billable hour requirements, and the ability to work closely with leadership on both legal and operational initiatives.ResponsibilitiesManage a docket of civil litigation matters from pre-litigation through resolutionLead discovery, motion practice, and case strategy developmentDraft and review pleadings, motions, and key filingsInterface with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholdersMentor junior attorneys and support staff as neededPreferred QualificationsExperience handling complex civil litigation matters, including commercial litigation, business disputes, plaintiff-side litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, mass torts, or other high-exposure matters.Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate litigation risk, damages, settlement strategy, and case value.Interest in working within a fast-growing, innovative legal organization.Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to take on increased responsibility, leadership opportunities, and meaningful case ownership.Experience contributing to firm growth, client development, team leadership, or strategic initiatives is preferred.
