Senior Litigation Attorney

We are a respected Southern California law firm seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney (6-10+ years) to join our growing litigation practice in Irvine, CA. This is an opportunity for an attorney who enjoys taking ownership of cases, wants meaningful courtroom exposure, and is looking for a long-term home with a stable firm known for its strong culture and low turnover.

About the role

• Manage cases from inception through resolution
• Handle depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trials
• Serve in a first-chair capacity when appropriate
• Work on employment, shareholder, contract, real estate, healthcare, and other business disputes
• Collaborate directly with an experienced trial attorney and litigation leader

Responsibilities

The litigation team handles a broad range of disputes, including:

• Employment litigation
• Shareholder and business disputes
• Contract litigation
• Real estate litigation
• Healthcare-related matters
• Other complex commercial litigation

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar membership
• 6-10+ years of litigation experience
• Meaningful trial experience required
• Ability to independently manage cases from A-Z
• Strong writing, advocacy, and client management skills
• Comfortable taking significant ownership of files
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in building client relationships
• Former DA, Public Defender, AG, or experienced civil litigator backgrounds welcome
