Senior Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court hearings and in front of government agencies in Cinnaminson, NJ.
• Prepare, revise, and finalize legal documents meticulously, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide legal and business transaction advice to clients, ensuring clarity and actionable solutions.
• Engage in negotiations to efficiently resolve disputes and reach settlements.
• Ensure adherence to all legal standards and regulations in Cinnaminson, NJ.
• Manage administrative tasks related to case management and client interactions effectively.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in New Jersey (Pennsylvania license is strongly preferred as well).
• 10+ years of legal experience with a strong foundation in litigation.
• Expertise in Real Estate Law and Homeowner Association Law is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A team player with the ability to build meaningful client relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (experience with Amicus Attorney is a bonus).
• Motivated, empathetic, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
