Senior Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities

• Independently handle higher exposure cases and complex litigation matters
• Leverage trial experience to negotiate resolutions and try cases
• Conduct advanced legal research and provide persuasive legal writing
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Attend court events and depositions independently
• Analyze cases and provide strategy recommendations
• Build relationships with clients and business partners

Qualifications

• 7+ years of insurance defense litigation experience as a practicing attorney
• Strong aptitude for jury trials with a successful courtroom history
• In-depth knowledge of local practices and adversaries
• Prominent oral and written advocacy skills with summary judgment success
• Proven mentorship and collaborative relationship skills
• Strong decision-making and negotiation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
