Senior Litigation Attorney

MHS is seeking a senior associate and/or of counsel to join the firm’s Sacramento office, primarily defending wage and hour class and PAGA actions. Candidates must have significant experience litigating wage and hour class and PAGA claims and must have excellent writing and legal analysis skills. Attorneys in the Sacramento office generally work collaboratively as a team on class and PAGA matters, and the expectation is for a senior associate and/or of counsel to be able to provide meaningful contribution to strategic decision-making and handling of advanced tasks. Hybrid work arrangements are acceptable. A fully remote position may be considered depending on demonstrated experience level.
