Senior Litigation Attorney

The firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its growing team. This role focuses on representing clients in litigation involving enforcement of property restrictions, insurance coverage, civil rights complaints, contract disputes, construction defects, and other real property issues.

Responsibilities

• Draft complaints and answers
• Manage discovery
• Prepare witnesses
• Take and defend depositions
• Conduct motion practice
• Prepare for trial
• Conduct actual trial work
• Handle appellate work

Requirements

• 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in real estate, corporate, or contract litigation, or experience representing governmental organizations
• Experience with HOAs or Condo Associations preferred but not required
• Licensed (or ability to become licensed) in Wisconsin
• Proficiency in all phases and tasks of a matter as described above
• Commitment to client service and team collaboration
