Senior Litigation Attorney (8+ Years)

About the role

Phillips Lytle is seeking a senior attorney with 8+ years of experience handling products liability and/or complex commercial disputes. The ideal candidate will have practical knowledge, leadership, collaborative and mentorship skills, as well as superior writing, analytical, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle products liability and/or complex commercial disputes in state, federal and arbitration forums
• Highlight role on significant matters, types of claims, and industries with experience
• Originate and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

Pay

Annual salary range for this position is $200,000-$350,000. Actual pay may be adjusted based on location, experience, volume and nature of portable business, or other job-related factors permitted by law.
