Responsibilities
- Evaluate liability and damages
- Prepare detailed client reports
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft and argue substantive and dispositive motions
- Manage all aspects of litigation on high-exposure cases
Requirements
- Five to nine or more years of civil litigation experience
- Experience handling complex, high-exposure matters for Fortune 500 clients
- Strong analytical skills, organization, and ability to manage complex litigation efficiently and effectively
Qualifications
- JD degree from an ABA-approved law school
- Admitted to practice law in Florida
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Effective negotiation and mediation skills
- Experience with deposition preparation and testimony
