Senior Learning Manager, US Cell Therapy

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with training colleagues and leadership to implement performance-focused training processes
  • Strategically plan and develop comprehensive sales training curricula for various training sessions
  • Cook up across teams to ensure all training materials align with Sales and Marketing objectives
  • Ensure compliance of training resources with regulatory and legal standards
  • Deploy and deliver a curriculum covering selling skills and clinical knowledge
  • Manage external vendors and internal personnel for the successful execution of training projects
  • Evaluate training programs' effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick Model

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master’s degree preferred
  • 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience required
  • Cell Therapy training or field experience preferred
  • Demonstrated curriculum design expertise and understanding of adult learning principles
  • Effective communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
