Responsibilities
- Collaborate with training colleagues and leadership to implement performance-focused training processes
- Strategically plan and develop comprehensive sales training curricula for various training sessions
- Cook up across teams to ensure all training materials align with Sales and Marketing objectives
- Ensure compliance of training resources with regulatory and legal standards
- Deploy and deliver a curriculum covering selling skills and clinical knowledge
- Manage external vendors and internal personnel for the successful execution of training projects
- Evaluate training programs' effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick Model
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master’s degree preferred
- 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience required
- Cell Therapy training or field experience preferred
- Demonstrated curriculum design expertise and understanding of adult learning principles
- Effective communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
