Director, US Commercialization Learning - Cell Therapy

Responsibilities

• Hire and lead a high-performing Cell Therapy Learning Team aligned with commercial partners
• Develop and execute a comprehensive US Cell Therapy Strategic Learning Plan
• Design and deliver innovative learning programs utilizing modern technology
• Assess training program effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick Model
• Build a strong talent pipeline and team culture focused on connectivity and inclusivity
• Ensure alignment and consistency across training initiatives and brands
• Maintain up-to-date expertise in adult learning trends for organizational benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or Doctorate preferred
• 10-12 years experience in learning delivery, preferably in biopharmaceuticals
• Preferred experience in hematologic malignancies or cell therapy, with insights into reimbursement and access
• Proven track record in team leadership and strategy implementation
• In-depth knowledge of learning operations, governance, and change management
• Experience with modern learning methodologies and multi-modal delivery processes
• Strong consulting skills with ability to influence in a complex organization
