Responsibilities

  • Phlebotomy, collecting, preparing and processing specimens biological specimens.
  • Assists in performing laboratory activities and other assigned tasks.
  • Aids in preparing laboratory specimens and supplies.
  • May be responsible for entering laboratory orders and results.
  • Ensures the accuracy and quality of laboratory data in a safe and professional work environment.
  • Trains and onboards new employees.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or General Educational Development Diploma (GED) required.
  • One Year Of Laboratory Related Experience Preferred.
  • Phlebotomy certification required or registry eligible to take exam within 12 months of hire.
  • May be required to have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
