Senior IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• End User Technical Support: Handle end user technical support cases daily on-site and via TeamViewer remote control. Set up and deploy new workstations and laptops as needed
• Network Infrastructure: Support operations to configure and maintain the network infrastructure including firewalls, network switches, and ISPs
• System Administration: Assist with managing and maintaining servers, workstations, and enterprise applications. Perform system updates, patches, and backups. Perform routine updates of Windows and associated applications
• Security and Compliance: Ensure adherence to security policies and compliance standards. Assist with vulnerability assessments and remediation
• Project Participation: Support IT infrastructure upgrades and deployments. Collaborate on cloud migration, virtualization, and automation initiatives
• Documentation & Training: Maintain accurate technical documentation. Mentor junior IT staff and provide user training when needed
• Occasional travel

Qualifications

• Experience configuring enterprise grade firewalls, including access rules (SonicWALL experience preferred)
• Experience configuring enterprise grade layer 2 network switches, including multi-VLAN environment
• Experience managing or overseeing a staff of support personnel
• Experience with Azure services such as EntraID, Sentinel, and Intune
• Experience maintaining Windows GPOs for security and automated software deployment
• Experience with Hubley software integration with SharePoint
• Active Directory management experience in a multi-site environment
• Ability to create end-user-friendly technical how-to knowledge base articles
• Experience with SOC2 audits

$100,000 USD - $130,000 USD
