Responsibilities
- Oversight of AI system projects and management of complex issues
- Assembly and leading of project teams, ensuring timely delivery of AI projects
- Cross-team coordination including engineering, product, and data
- Stakeholder relationship management and mitigation of project risks
- Strategy setting for interdependent AI projects, driving business value
- Application of SDLC and ITIL frameworks to handle project challenges
- Begun influence on departmental strategy, decision-making on complex project components
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or similar field
- 5+ years in technical project management
- Experience in technical product selection and implementation of IT solutions
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and responsible AI practices
- Proven ability to facilitate communication among data, product, and engineering teams
- Experience delivering AI or GenAI projects
- Six Sigma and/or PMI certification preferred, Master's degree in Business Administration as a plus
