Senior Integrated Campaign Manager
About the role
The Senior Integrated Campaign Manager will lead the development and execution of a global demand generation strategy and campaigns calendar, uniting the cross-functional marketing team around Glean's core campaigns. This role requires hands-on experience designing and implementing campaign infrastructure and a full-funnel demand generation mix, including budget ownership and cross-channel investment planning.
This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of projects, people, and process. You will orchestrate the planning, execution, and delivery of programs that span product launches, vertical/solution campaigns, market storytelling, and brand moments. Your work will ensure accountability, relentless focus on deadlines, clear communication, and on-time, high-quality delivery – all while managing stakeholders and “making it happen” in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a global demand generation strategy and campaigns calendar, uniting the cross-functional marketing team around Glean's core campaigns.
- Design the end-to-end campaign architecture, including the full-funnel content engine, channel strategies, promotional offers, program mix, and hand-offs from marketing to sales.
- Develop trusted relationships and design for integrated collaboration across product marketing, content, creative, web, digital, regional marketing, ABM, events, sales, and enablement teams.
- Consistently measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the demand funnel.
- Provide strategic input when collaborating with the marketing operations team to build actionable reports and dashboards, contribute to business reviews, and synthesize findings for the broader marketing team.
- Own and optimize a global demand generation budget, strategically allocating spend for Glean's core campaigns across programs in line with ROI goals.
- Keep testing new messaging angles and timely real-world themes to develop proven, ROI-focused playbooks.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive demand generation experience, with at least 3 years of integrated campaign experience; preferably in designing B2B campaigns for CIO/IT leader personas.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing campaign infrastructure and a full-funnel demand generation mix, including budget ownership and cross-channel investment planning.
- A proven track record of driving significant lead and pipeline growth.
- An analytical fluency, comfortable diagnosing funnel health and building clear, executive-ready reporting.
- A diplomatic, team-oriented leader who brings energy and collaboration into cross-functional relationships, driving team cohesion and fostering a win-together culture.

Benefits
The standard base salary range for this position is $165,000 - $187,000 annually. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits. Pay
The standard base salary range for this position is $165,000 - $187,000 annually.
Schedule
This role is hybrid (4 days a week in our Mountain View or San Francisco office) and you should be prepared to travel for events and workshops.
