About the role

The Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing at Monks will plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns for a diverse range of clients. They will lead end-to-end campaign execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide strategic direction to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives and market trends.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of integrated influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring successful delivery from strategy through launch and post-campaign analysis.
  • Partner with the Director of Influencer Marketing and cross-functional teams to develop global campaign roadmaps and integrated marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative, media, production, legal, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution across channels and international markets.
  • Create clear campaign briefs, timelines, and execution plans that drive alignment across internal teams and external partners.
  • Stay ahead of emerging social platforms, creator trends, audience behaviors, and the competitive landscape.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day strategic contact for clients, providing proactive communication, campaign updates, and performance insights.
  • Present campaign strategies, recommendations, and results to clients.
  • Identify challenges and implement effective solutions to ensure successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Define success metrics and monitor campaign performance to optimize campaigns and inform future strategies.
  • Develop post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Build relationships with creators, agencies, and partners across global markets.
  • Oversee influencer sourcing, vetting, negotiations, contracting, and campaign execution.
  • Partner with regional teams to ensure consistent global execution.
  • Mentor and support junior team members.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of influencer marketing experience.
  • Experience leading complex global campaigns and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong client management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and campaign analytics.
  • Deep understanding of creator marketing and social platforms.

Pay

$90,000—$110,000 USD

Schedule

Flexible, with a set number of office days per week, depending on the company's current Return to Office (RTO) policy.
