About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Influencer Manager to join our US team. You will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team and be passionate about influencer marketing. Supporting the influencer Lead to deliver on great campaigns across our established clients.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the successful running of all influencer activity on client accounts
  • Developing influencer and creator strategies that align with client business goals, brand vision, audience behavior and campaign KPIs
  • Oversee outreach to influencer partners including sourcing, negotiations, contracts, deliverables, usage, and overall program management
  • Reviewing and approving influencer content to ensure it is on-brief, legally compliant and creatively compelling
  • Tracking campaign performance, analyzing data to optimize influencer program strategies and to shape future recommendations
  • Recommending paid amplification, boosting and distribution opportunities where influencer content can work harder across channels
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as the day-to-day influencer lead across active accounts
  • Developing influencer specific ways of working documents and processes for the agency to maintain across all clients
  • Oversight of influencer budgets, working with the Client Services Director to maintain profitability across all campaigns
  • Building Coolr US’ creator network and partnership portfolio, helping establish the agency’s presence and reputation in the US influencer space
  • Supporting new business by shaping influencer recommendations, contributing to pitch materials and attending pitch meetings where relevant

Requirements

  • An experienced Influencer Manager in a social first agency or brand
  • Proven experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end, from strategy and talent sourcing through to execution, reporting and optimization
  • Confident client-facing presence, with the ability to build trust, lead conversations and clearly explain influencer strategy, performance and recommendations
  • Able to manage, track and negotiate with suppliers and partners to ensure we are delivering the best work possible in an entrepreneurial manner
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, creator culture, internet behavior, paid amplification and what makes influencer content actually work in-feed
  • Excellent talent judgement, with the ability to identify creators who are not only relevant on paper, but genuinely right for the brand, audience and platform

Pay

A competitive, benchmarked salary ranging from $95 to $120k, based on your experience and level.

Schedule

Fully remote with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
