Senior Implementation Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a regulated financial services environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Lead complex client implementations and ensure successful post-launch handoff Manage technical and non-technical stakeholders for timely implementations Conduct comprehensive discovery and document implementation requirements Support re-implementations, focusing on quality delivery and risk mitigation Advocate for clients by collaborating with cross-functional teams Liaise with product teams to support client projects and requirements Perform technical research to create solutions for intricate integrations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent work experience 3-5+ years of experience in Implementation of SaaS solutions or technical Client Success Manager Experience with demanding, high-stakes accounts and managing C-level stakeholders Excellent project and client management skills Detail-oriented with flexible priority-setting ability Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite Experience leading data validation, unit testing, and UAT Benefits Exceptional health, vision, and dental care Opportunity for equity ownership Life and AD&D, short- and long-term disability coverage Employee Assistance Program Employee Resource Groups Fun company outings and events Unlimited PTO 401K with company match Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
