Senior IAM Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Specialist, IAM, SailPoint to join our Managed Services practice.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and resolving Identity and Access Management (IAM) incidents for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
• Managing incident lifecycle proactively—identification, categorization, prioritization, and resolution
• Creating and maintaining client knowledge articles, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and scripts to restore normal operations
• Monitoring IAM operations and escalating incidents to level three support when needed
• Maintaining professional client relationships, ensuring efficient incident management, and addressing IAM needs
• Upholding integrity, professionalism, and respect within the work environment

Qualifications

• At least three years of recent IAM experience, including one year in Incident and Problem Management within an ITIL-managed services context
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field; cybersecurity certifications like CISSP are preferred
• Solid understanding of IAM processes, controls, and systems, especially SailPoint ISC and MIM
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues promptly, with familiarity with tools like Okta, Ping Identity, CyberArk, and Microsoft Azure AD
• Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
