Senior IAM Specialist

About the role

The Senior Specialist, IAM, SailPoint, is responsible for diagnosing and resolving Identity and Access Management (IAM) incidents related to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).

Responsibilities

• Manage the incident lifecycle.
• Create and update knowledge articles and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor IAM operations.
• Escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain professional client relationships to ensure efficient incident resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of IAM experience.
• At least one year in incident and problem management within an ITIL‑managed services environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, ITIL.

Skills

• Strong understanding of IAM processes and systems.
• Familiarity with SailPoint ISC, Microsoft Identity Manager, Okta, Ping Identity, and CyberArk.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
