Senior IAM Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Specialist, IAM, SailPoint to join the Managed Services team. In this role you will diagnose and resolve Identity and Access Management (IAM) incidents related to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full incident lifecycle for IAM issues.
• Create and maintain knowledge articles, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and scripts.
• Monitor operations and proactively identify potential problems.
• Escalate issues as needed according to defined processes.
• Build professional relationships with clients to ensure efficient incident resolution and address IAM needs.

Qualifications

• At least three years of recent IAM experience.
• Minimum of one year in incident and problem management within an ITIL framework.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP and ITIL are preferred.

Skills

• Strong diagnostic, communication, and technical skills.
• Familiarity with Okta, Ping Identity, CyberArk, and Azure AD is advantageous.
• Adaptable, professional demeanor and ability to work flexible shifts.
• Focus on delivering high‑quality IAM support.

Schedule

Flexible shift work is required.
