About the role
The role involves diagnosing and resolving Identity and Access Management (IAM) incidents, specifically for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain knowledge articles, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and scripts to restore normal operations.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, ensuring efficient incident management and addressing IAM needs.
- Proactively manage incident lifecycle, including identification, categorization, prioritization, and resolution.
- Monitor IAM operations and escalate issues to advanced support as needed.
- Uphold integrity, professionalism, and responsibility in all interactions.
Qualifications
- At least three years of recent IAM experience, with one year in Incident and Problem Management within an ITIL-managed services environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field; cybersecurity certifications like CISSP are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IAM processes and systems, including SailPoint ISC and MIM; familiarity with Okta, Ping Identity, CyberArk, and Microsoft Azure AD is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work flexible shifts.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
