Senior Human Resources Consultant, Learning and Organizational Development

Responsibilities

  • Develop and scale a system-wide supervisor training program, including compliance curriculum and core supervisory skill development
  • Serve as a consultant to supervisors on implementation of organizational policies and practices
  • Design, coordinate, and facilitate live training sessions in both virtual and in-person formats
  • Develop and maintain a supervisor-focused communication series that translates policies, initiatives, and best practices into clear, actionable guidance
  • Support the planning, logistics and facilitation of flagship leadership development programs
  • Manage administrative processes related to external executive coaching services
  • Lead the content strategy and coordination of an existing biannual, system-wide staff development event

Requirements

  • Shift Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Experience providing human resources consultation and guidance to supervisors.
  • Demonstrated skill in delivering engaging presentations with confidence and professionalism.
  • Experience designing and facilitating training programs in virtual and in-person formats.
  • Prior supervisory experience and the ability to apply that experience when training and coaching supervisors.
  • Experience interpreting and educating on policies related to supervisory responsibilities.
  • Experience managing and coordinating the services of external partners.
  • Strong service orientation and demonstrated ability to build and sustain trusted relationships with leaders and colleagues.

Benefits

Anticipated Hiring Range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
