About the role
The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as a key strategic partner to multiple business units within the organization, providing guidance on human resources policies and practices that support business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and develop strategies to support their goals.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with organizational strategy and improve employee engagement and retention.
- Provide expert advice on talent management, performance management, and succession planning.
- Conduct regular assessments of HR processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex HR issues and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to drive business outcomes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment is preferred.

Pay
Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually.
