About the role

The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as a key strategic partner to multiple business units within the organization, providing guidance on human resources policies and practices that support business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and develop strategies to support their goals.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with organizational strategy and improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Provide expert advice on talent management, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Conduct regular assessments of HR processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex HR issues and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to drive business outcomes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment is preferred.
