About the role
The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as a key strategic partner to multiple business units within the organization, providing guidance on human resources policies and practices that align with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
- Provide expert advice on talent management, performance management, and employee relations
- Collaborate with managers to develop and execute succession plans
- Facilitate change management initiatives related to HR processes and systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a corporate environment
- Proven ability to manage complex HR projects and programs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
