About the role

The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as a key strategic partner to multiple business units within the organization, providing guidance on human resources policies and practices that align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
  • Provide expert advice on talent management, performance management, and employee relations
  • Collaborate with managers to develop and execute succession plans
  • Facilitate change management initiatives related to HR processes and systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Proven ability to manage complex HR projects and programs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
