We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "About The Position" heading. Also "You Will Serve as the lead HR partner..." etc. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content for About the Position (maybe "About the role" heading). We have responsibilities (list of duties). We have requirements/qualifications (education, experience). We have skills (maybe combine). We have Benefits (explicit). We have Pay (salary range). We have Schedule (In-Office Requirements, Remote Work Eligibility, Standard business hours). Also we have Physical Requirements maybe part of schedule? Could be separate but not required heading. We'll include Schedule section with those details. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO statement, etc. Also remove navigation etc. We need to preserve all substantive info. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide which content goes where. Section headings: - About the role: could be the "About The Position" paragraph(s). We'll put that prose. - Responsibilities: list of duties from "You Will Serve as the lead HR partner..." bullet-like sentences. We'll turn each sentence into

  • . - Requirements: maybe education and experience requirements: "You Will Need To Have Bachelor’s degree..." etc. We'll list. - Qualifications: maybe certifications? "It Will Be Great If You Have Experience working with UKG Pro; SHRM-CP, PHR or equivalent HR certification." Could be qualifications or preferred qualifications. We'll put under Qualifications. - Skills: maybe list of skills like "Sound judgment, problem-solving, interpersonal, negotiation, de-escalation and conflict resolution skills; Customer-focused attitude..." etc. Could be under Skills. - Benefits: list of benefits. - Pay: salary range. - Schedule: In-Office Requirements, Remote Work Eligibility, Standard business hours, Physical Requirements maybe. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We need to ensure we don't duplicate content. Let's extract content. From posting: Who We Are: (mission) maybe not needed? It's about organization but could be part of About the role? Might be considered boilerplate? It's substantive about org but not required. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep mission description? It's part of "Who We Are". Could be included in About the role? Might be okay. But we have limited headings; we could include a short paragraph under About the role that includes mission and details. But we must not create sections with filler. We'll include About the role paragraph that includes Who We Are and About The Position. Let's parse: Who We Are: SEIU 775 Benefits Group’s mission is to improve the skills, health and stability of the caregiver workforce through innovation and high-quality benefits and programs.
