About the role

The Senior People and Culture Business Partner (Sr. PCBP) serves as the people and culture leader for assigned client group(s) within the hospital organization. This role includes both strategic & process responsibilities including 1) executive-level coaching, 2) proactive creation and interpretation of data, and 3) revising, planning, influencing, and processing important procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Revising, planning, influencing, and processing important procedures and policies
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and people managers to execute HR strategies that foster organizational and people effectiveness
  • Lead consultant to executive-level business leaders on org-wide projects and initiatives
  • Work on projects such as employee relations, labor relations, performance management, training, policy application, organizational development (including restructures and redesigns), workforce planning, and organizational succession planning
  • Anticipate potential organizational impact and client group needs, and advise leaders accordingly

Requirements

Required Education And Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business or related degree, or equivalent experience
  • At least six (6) years of Human Resources experience

Qualifications

Demonstrated knowledge of, and skill applying, local state, and federal laws. Demonstrated success collaborating across diverse teams, fostering inclusive outcomes, and a strong commitment to DEI and anti-racist principles.

Skills

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in business or related field
  • Experience working in a large, complex healthcare organization and/or growing research operation
  • Experience working in a union environment or applicable Master's level degree in labor relations
PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP certification.

Benefits

Compensation Range: $118,174.00 - $177,262.00 per year Salary Information: This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
