About the role
The position is at a fintech company. We are seeking a high-impact, data-savvy Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, driving organizational effectiveness, performance, and talent outcomes at scale. In this role, you will use data, AI-powered insights, and strong business acumen to develop and enhance high-performing teams, address complex organizational challenges, and guide teams through periods of transformation. You will work closely with leaders to build resilient, inclusive, and engaged teams while developing forward-looking people strategies that support sustainable business success in a global, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and lead strategic people initiatives, including organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness across multiple functions
- Develop and implement data-driven engagement strategies, using AI-powered insights to proactively identify trends and deliver measurable improvements in retention and culture
- Build and enhance performance management frameworks that support continuous feedback and align with business objectives, talent development, and succession planning
- Serve as a trusted advisor on complex and sensitive employee relations matters, developing scalable frameworks that proactively reduce risk and promote consistent, equitable outcomes
- Lead workforce planning strategy, leveraging data and modeling tools to anticipate future organizational requirements, identify capability gaps, and guide hiring and talent investment decisions
- Drive the adoption of AI and automation across People practices to increase operational efficiency, enable predictive insights, and strengthen decision-making throughout the employee lifecycle
- Coach and support leaders at all levels, building leadership capabilities, strengthening decision-making, and improving organizational effectiveness across teams and functions
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner within fast-paced, global, and high-growth organizations
- Strong expertise in employee relations, organizational design, performance management, and leadership coaching
- Proven ability to turn data and insights into strategic actions that deliver measurable business and people results
- Demonstrated success influencing and partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategy with broader organizational goals
- Experience leading complex and ambiguous initiatives with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
Preferred
- Experience using AI tools for people analytics, employee engagement insights, or workforce planning
- Familiarity with HR systems and tools such as G-Suite, Slack, and macOS environments
- Experience working across multiple regions (e.g., US, EMEA, APAC) within a distributed organization
Pay
$140k to $185k annually.
