Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities and organizational goals.
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Implement HR programs and global initiatives while ensuring alignment with local business needs.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools, workforce analytics, and HR technology to enhance HR effectiveness, improve decision-making, and support business and talent outcomes.
- Analyze workforce data and key metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and support strategic decision-making.
- Lead employee relations matters, performance management discussions, and organizational development efforts while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Progressive Human Resources experience supporting leaders in a strategic business partner capacity.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, and employment law.
- Demonstrated ability to influence leaders, manage change, and drive business results through effective people strategies.
- Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent), SAP SuccessFactors experience, and manufacturing industry experience preferred.
Pay
Competitive compensation of $120-140K plus annual bonus.
Schedule
Hybrid work schedule based in North American HQ at Schaumburg, IL.
