Responsibilities
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner provides support and guidance to managers and staff on workforce-related matters.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, or working towards such and/or experience in Workforce/Human Resources management.
- Demonstrated experience in generalist workforce/human resources functions including change management, industrial consultation, grievance and disciplinary management, change, job evaluation, recruitment, and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, in a variety of formats and situations, including written and verbal communication skills.

Pay
$2,277.20 - $2,686.95 per week
