Senior Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

A well-established global manufacturing organization seeks a Senior People Operations Partner to support a large manufacturing and distribution operation in Jackson, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations leadership to support employee relations, workforce engagement, and performance management initiatives
• Lead hourly recruiting, onboarding, and talent processes for manufacturing and distribution teams
• Coach supervisors and managers on employee issues, policy interpretation, and leadership best practices
• Investigate and resolve employee relations with professionalism and sound judgment
• Support HR programs across multiple shifts and ensure consistent application of policies and processes
• Aid in employee engagement, retention, training, and recognition initiatives
• Maintain HRIS accuracy and support ongoing process improvement efforts

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or similar operational environments
• Strong employee relations and leadership coaching experience
• Experience supporting hourly workforces and multi-shift operations
• Ability to build trust across all levels of an organization
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HR certification a plus
