Senior HR Technology Leader

Responsibilities

• Strategic technology partner for Stand Together’s broader people technology landscape
• Bring structure, clarity, and forward momentum to how we leverage our HRIS (UKG) and supporting systems across the full Talent function, including recruiting, learning, performance, reporting, and related people systems
• Work alongside HR Leadership and IT to shape platform strategy, improve system health, and ensure HR technology decisions are made with intention and architectural rigor

Requirements

• Proven experience in HRIS and related systems
• Experience in managing multiple projects and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience

Skills

• Strong understanding of HRIS systems and best practices
• Experience with UKG and similar HRIS platforms
• Ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
