AI & Automation Enablement

  • Build and maintain an HR technology automation roadmap to systematically identify and reduce high-volume manual HR processes through AI tools and workflow automation.
  • Evaluate, pilot, and implement AI tools across HR workflows, including AI agents, intelligent notifications, Microsoft Copilot integrations, and process automation solutions.
  • Partner with Q2’s Risk & Security organization and People leadership to govern the responsible use of AI, ensuring data privacy, security, and compliance.

  • Demonstrated experience implementing or operating AI tools, workflow automation, or intelligent technology in an HR or enterprise context.
  • Experience working within a COE-structured HR model preferred.
  • Fluent written and oral communication in English.
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available for this role.

Skills & Competencies
