Responsibilities

  • Manage the Department’s budget, including accurate and timely forecasting and resource allocation.
  • Exercise sound judgment on budget expenditures and ensure team meets deadlines for accounting activities such as coding/review of invoices, entering timecards, submitting expense reports, and related activities.
  • Manage vendors supporting the Department, coordinate contract renewals, and review contracts and SLAs with Risk Management to ensure DPR Intellectual Property is protected.
  • Collaborate with leaders in HR and other People functions to align People systems with organizational priorities.
  • Collaborate with other T&I leaders to enhance service delivery and share resources across teams.
  • Ensure relevant information is shared with appropriate levels of your team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing budgets and financial resources in a similar role.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, particularly in HR and IT.
  • Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
  • Understanding of HRMS, HCM, and LMS systems and their integration with broader enterprise systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and occasionally travel for meetings.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

The role is remote and open to candidates in the continental United States. Occasional travel for meetings up to 15% of the time may be required.
