Responsibilities
- Manage the Department’s budget, including accurate and timely forecasting and resource allocation.
- Exercise sound judgment on budget expenditures and ensure team meets deadlines for accounting activities such as coding/review of invoices, entering timecards, submitting expense reports, and related activities.
- Manage vendors supporting the Department, coordinate contract renewals, and review contracts and SLAs with Risk Management to ensure DPR Intellectual Property is protected.
- Collaborate with leaders in HR and other People functions to align People systems with organizational priorities.
- Collaborate with other T&I leaders to enhance service delivery and identify opportunities to share resources across teams.
- Ensure relevant information is shared with appropriate levels within the team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing budgets and financial operations.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, particularly in HR and IT.
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
